In 2004, he also becomes part of the new band O Sete, which already has many fanclubs.

Glaucio Ayala considers the following to be the foundations of his career:
"First, the work in nightclubs is really important for whom intend to be a professional in popular music, because 'to play in the night', as we musicians use to say, gives us vast experience in the area. 'In the night', we have to deal with diverse situations and you may be able to improvise, to substitute a partner with no rehersal, to accompany an artist that comes by surprise on the drums etc.
Secondly, my season in Miami and Cancun was of great value because of the workshops I have participated in and the contact with foreign drummers I have established, especially with the Cuban ones. Playing with them, I have got familiarized with salsa and other Cuban rhythms. We changed a lot of information, since I have also shown them some of the Brazilian rhythms.

And to keep your improvement, the video classes are also essencial. "
